So I just bought a 2011 LS 6cyl. 6 speed manual and I have a few questions.

It's pretty zippy for a 6 banger anything I can do to supe it up any?

What is the optimum rpm range for performance and fuel mileage? A friend of mine had one and the center information manager showed what gear you were in and shift points. Don't know what year it was though.

Any quirks I need to look for?

Does it hurt anything to take off in 2nd?

Is there a Bluetooth option for 2011 for a phone? I have a phone button on the radio but it just opens On Star.

The car is clean. Solid red with black and red interior. Has just over 64K on the clock.

A good quality cold air intake helps and someone sells a bigger throttle body too (90mm ?). An '11 can get headers, high flow cats, resonator deletes (there are four i believe) and aftermarket mufflers. A tune really helps so if your gonna do the above THEN get the tune done and the E85 tunes seem to be the cars making the bigger dyno numbers.

I'd check out some vids on the 'tube first though because the exhaust note mostly sounds like crap if done wrong. Like its the spawn from a lawn mower that humped a fart piped ricer kind of wrong.

My '12 is stock since i want noooo extended warranty issues and they blame anything they can for denying you.
