I came across a Borg Warner world class 5 spd trans for good price. It was in a 92 Sonoma. Would this fit into my 67.

It falls into the "yes, sort of" category. The bolt pattern is correct for your stock bellhousing, but the S-10 input shaft and bearing retainer are longer than the ones on your stock trans. You can either shorten those parts, which is what I did, or else you can use a commercial adapter plate made for the purpose like this:

You aren't out of the woods yet. You will need to replace the clutch disc to match the 14 spline input shaft and you may also need to shorten the driveshaft. Lastly, and most challenging, I believe the 92 trans may be set up for an electric speedo, not mechanical. You will be able to tell when you look at the trans. If that is what it has, you can get a rather expensive converter for this called Cable-X, or you can run an aftermarket electric speedo for less money, but then you give up your stock dash appearance. The Cable-X sells for $300+ new, with used ones sometimes available for less.

So, does the above meet your definition of "fit"?

I figured on a couple mods, but not that much. And the shifter probably wouldn't fit into my console? I'll stick with my Muncie 4 spd.
Thanks for all the info.

Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you off, because it's a pretty good trans if you do a lot of highway driving and want the OD. As you expected, the console would be the final nail in the coffin.
AFAIK, the only 5 speed which will work with the stock 4 speed console is the Tremec TKO. This is because a lot of parts are available for re-positioning the shifter. Unfortunately, this trans and the shifter parts are aftermarket only, so you aren't very likely to find any used ones at an attractive price.
Here is an idea of what is out there if you should unexpectedly come into a lot of money. Similar setups are also available from other vendors, but they are still about the same $.
