Since no one seems to have figured out how to get the fog lights to come on automatically has anyone figured out how to keep the low beams on with the high beams?

There is a simple kit for that, don't have to get into the fuse box either.

82 Monte Carlo SC, 355 w/Vortec heads, roller rockers, 670 Street Avenger, TRUE DUALS.
2009 Sub.5.3L LTZ 30 Gallons of gas @ $2.49/gal. bla bla bla.

Those are only for 2003-2007 GMs. But thanks for reply.
