I am in need of a passanger side Lower control arm for my 1965 C20 pickup. Does anyone know the difference between the C20 and C10 lower control arms. Also does anyone know where I could find a C20 control arm.

way different. The C20 uses 4 bolts and the C10 uses U Bolts. The one place you might find one is a bone yard. No one really keeps them as most get swapped out for disc brakes. You could also try Craigslist.

Tony Smith at http://www.4-5-6chevytrucks.com/ can hook you up. I've used him and he's legit.

I have found some very nice rust-free parts here:

I have read on multiple threads that Tony is a good source for parts. I have also read many post about how Tony has taken peoples money and never delivered. 18 months back I order a cab from Tony and paid for it up front. He missed 3 promised delivery dates and hasn't returned my emails or calls for over 12 months. So I guess I fall into the take the money and never deliver category. $3,500.00 gone OUCH

If you could get him to deliver my cab I would be glad to purchase a control arm from him

I will try Aspen Auto.

With a big stick. If you order from him I would just do it COD.

Sad to hear that. Tony's always done right by me. I hope you get it resolved. $3500.00 for a cab? is that what they go for now-a-days?

I would think around Texas you could still buy a good cab way cheaper than that, vs. having one shipped from Kansas. But I haven't seriously looked for any 60-66 stuff in a while now. Maybe that was for a fully repaired, prepped cab, plus shipping?

I'd have to agree I wouldn't just let that $3500 disappear without paying that man a visit.

I had heard that Tony did quality work. The cab I purchased was to be completely restored and ready for paint. Which would have been a big time saver and for me justified the price. I have thought about flying up to see him but I was hoping he would call and do the right thing. After 18 months I guess its time for a visit.

You're quite welcome! Sorry about the Tony Smith reference, I had no idea. Like I said he did me right both buying and selling. That was 2009 though, a lot can change in 8 years I guess. Folks just up and move back to Texas for instance!
