Good morning.
Just arrived here in Florida 2 weeks ago. Last year, the motor made 3 turns and fired right up and ran good.
This year, not that lucky. Camaro does not start after sitting 6 months. I use Stabil in gas. Ran great before I left. Has had new plugs and wires 2k ago. Cap and rotor look good. This is a factory unmolested 305 tpi with all emission equipment.
Here are the parameters;
Battery is charged. Motor spins well. Fuel pump turns on and exhaust smells some gas. Does not fire up on starting fluid. Distributor rotor is turning and there is 12v at the coil. Just replaced ignition module and coil--both were original. Timing light shows no spark at coil terminal while cranking. All fuses in fuse block under dash are good.
I made it a point not to keep cranking the motor.

Any guesses would be appreciated...thanks in advance.

Separately mounted coil from factory. Factory ignition with smaller distributor with magnetic internal induction coil and ecm. I have not checked cranking voltage at coil, but will.
Good tip. Thanks

Cranking voltage at coil 9.80 volts. Timing light still shows no spark.
