When changing from standered shift to automatic what kind of brake pedal are we using.

Same one, the stock trifive auto trans brake pedal was the same as manual unless you had treadlevac power brakes. And the treadlevac pedal doesn't work with the typical aftermarket boosters or manual brakes.

If you really want a wide pedal like a later model would use for an automatic, Lokar has a wide bolt on pad that bolts to the stock pedal. Or you could do some cutting and welding on a stock brake pedal and use a stock pad from a later model.

Do you left foot brake like some do?

Ya I was thinking of a wider pedal I'll check out that Lokar bolt on, thanks gives me something to think about.
