looking for a set of power steering brackets and pump for a 454 passenger car.

I bought an Alan Grove bracket unit which you might give consideration. (Long water pump) (Short water pump)

You didn't specify your water pump style, and it matters!

Short pump style is same as '67-'68 camaro. Pump is unique to bigblock application as well. Return line is longer and runs up the side of housing . Smallblock pump has short line and wrong angle to clear exhaust properly. Hoses on bigblock impala are longer as well to gain exhaust clearance.
