I don't remember if my front stabilizer is factory or aftermarket, but I shimmed the frame mounts away from the frame about .75" to clear the 605 clearance problems.

I looked at my stock sway bar, just about touches my 605 steering box bolt ears.

Stock bar is 5/8", the ADDCO bar is 1". So I can see by shimming / spacer between frame and bar mounts would work. ADDCO rep said to grind the ears, maybe he meant the one steering box bolt ear. Either way I don't see why this bar cannot fit with a little thinking.
