My 54 was pulled out of a field with no fenders on it. I don't know what size bolts to use on the front fenders where they bolt to the cab. The holes are large, but I assume that is for adjustment. I would guess 5/16" with fender washers?

I think they are 5/16"-18 thread X 1". You can buy a set from Chevy of the 40's for $12.
