Getting ready to cut the old rotten floors out of the 52. Looks like a kind of "skirt" around the bottom of the seat rails, also looks like I'll have to remove the seat frame as well? Does anyone have any tips or warnings before I start chiseling away, if so I would really like to hear them. **Edit** Just looked at replacement pieces, and it looks like they do not extend under seat frame. Would this mean I don't have to remove it??? Can Anyone that has done this job offer any insight or words of wisdom??
Thanks
Rodger

I replaced everything from the top of the toe board to the seat as well as the bottom of the door posts, kick panels, supports under the floor and cab corners. The area under the seat was fine so I cut the old floor right at the lip on the seat and that’s where the replacement panels were designed to attach. Slow work but the result was worth it. Have at it!

Thanks for the encouragement I am recovering from an ankle fussion surgery, so I haven't yet attempted to cut the old floors out. It looks like I'll need to replace some additional areas as well
