I have heard all kinds of opinions but I value the expertise here.

What should I set my at park rpm's at?

Right now I am around 850-900. Any lower and it feels like it wants to die when I put it in gear.

This is the cam I am running

I am running a Carter performance 750 AFB

850 rpm-900 rpm should be fine, idling in gear

IF YOU CAN,T SMOKE THE TIRES AT WILL,FROM A 60 MPH ROLLING START YOUR ENGINE NEEDS MORE WORK!!"!
IF YOU CAN , YOU NEED BETTER TIRES AND YOUR SUSPENSION NEEDS MORE WORK!!

Your park rpm doesn't really matter unless there is something wrong with the air fuel mix or timing and the drop from park to drive is ridiculous. When you go into gear you should have about a 100-300 RPM drop depending on cam and converter and all that other good stuff. Your idle RPM needs to be set in gear. If you need to idle at 750 per cam instructions or if you're going off the sticker under the hood, set the idle to 750 in gear. Past that, in park it doesn't matter.
