Last night I acquired a 77 Vette coupe with T-Tops. This car does not appear to have seatbelts. Are they only lap belts or is this car simply missing them?

Also, I did not see a way to reset the trip odometer. How would I do this?

I am sure that I will come up with a lot more questions over time.

Thanks,
Kael

I see a bolt where the should belts should mount, but no belts. I got it from the original owner so I should be able to get clarification of a few things that may seem odd. Right now, I'm going to learn more about it as I drive it.

I spoke with the previous owner about the seatbelts. Apparently they were removed within the first 100 miles of the life of the car.

Now for my next question. Were the door mirrors corvette specific or did other GM cars use the same ones? I would like to add a mirror to the passenger side.

Thanks,
Kael

Mirror for the right side should be available from our advertisers. Dealer may be able to order them as well...
Good luck with your new ride!

I was able to locate a mirror. Now the next part of the search is improved headlights without cutting the headlight buckets.

Any stock size replacement headlight will fit. There should be no reason to do any cutting to the headlight buckets.

I found some Sylvania Xtravision bulbs that are the correct size. I was also looking at some newer ones with replacable h4 bulbs. Those all appear to require cutting the headlight bucket. I also considered LED bulbs but I was having difficulty finding any that were legal for road use and able to use as separate high and low beams. The 7" bulbs on my other vehicles are much easier to find upgrades for. The 5-3/4" size doesn't seem to have much market support which is odd since they were used for MANY years.
