Has anyone used one of these?
How do you like or dislike it?
Can you put the correct Impala center cap in and does anyone make a repro center cap?

I was seriously interested until I saw one installed. They look good in pictures but they just don't look the same in person as the original...just my personal opinion.

Hi, I have one in a 59 and one in a 60, I'm happy with the fit and appearance. The turn signals and horn worked fine. One I left black the other one I painted. My center cap is different than the one you have pictured. The center cap that came with mine has crossed flags and an Impala above them.

Hey Ed....Can you tell me where you got yours?
If I purchase one I would want it to have the correct emblem.
I'm also converting from a Bel Air and wondering if the horn and turn signal switches/parts etc. will work.

Thanks Vern for the input... I know what you mean about pictures versus actual.

I'm hoping more folks will comment.

I've found that Classic Industries has the 15" wheel for $360 and the center cap for another $40.
But I need the horn and turn signal repair/conversion kit since I'm changing a Bel Air to an Impala steering wheel.

Does anyone know of a source for the conversion parts I need?
