2000 S-10 Blazer w 4.3
the other day I was watching my squeeking surp. belt. I noticed that the crank pulley is not running true. which in turn makes the idler/tensioner move. is this normal? [funny that after all these miles I have never noticed it before.]is there a possibility that I can loosen the bolts and reposition it?
your thought
thanks Rod in AZ

The balancer may be separating. Only fix is to replace.

A new one is less than $50 or so. Go underneath and pull on it. If the outer rings moves, replace it.
