I am looking for the bottom pan of the original power pack air cleaner for my 57 chevy. I have the top. the bottom pan has a 5-1/8" carb opening and is 13" diameter. Thanks

The STOCK 4 barrel carb on a 57 would have been a WCFB or a 4GC, both of which used a 4-1/4" air cleaner. I'm not saying you can't have a 5-1/8" carb on your engine now, but if you do, a stock air cleaner base isn't going to fit it.

My 57 has a Rochester 4 bbl carbuerator with 51/8" carb opening. It may not be stock?

Ray, not questioning your information but I checked the number on my Rochester 4 bbl carburetor-. It is 7008737 same as pasts manual. It has 51/8" carb opening. This carburetor was optional equipment for the power pack. Thanks for help--Gene

Now you got me scratching my head. I have a 4GC here on a 57 manifold, unfortunately with no tag, and it is 4-1/4". If yours is 5-1/8", I can't argue with that.

Well getting back to the air cleaner. I had the complete 4bbl air cleaner for a power pack with 5 1/8 carb opening. I guess when I was cleaning out my parts I must have thrown away the bottom pan. I am in need of another one if anyone comes across one please let me know. Thanks Ray for your input.
