I recently purchased a 1949 Chevy Fleetline 4 door fastback. I am wanting to build this car on a slight budget but will not sacrifice my family's safety. Some ask why a 4 door, well its because of family. I want my kids to enjoy riding in a classic not just looking at them. As our hand built Touring T is a driver soo will the Fleetline. We drove over 16,000 in the 1st year after building the T and thats only because it is hard to drive an open car in bad rain. I am looking forward to learning new tech information from here and hopefully making new friends.

Picked up some other goodies too so getting closer and closer. I have a mildly warm 350sbc, and a built 700r4. I am now looking for rear and firewall mount booster brake setup. Since I scraped the rear leafs I will look into making a coil spring setup or coil over like the T.
