Hi,
I am trying to find an answer to a problem with my 1986 Monte Carlo SS. My T Top (Driver Side)won't unlock. I could remove the Pass Side ok with the key. Is there any other way to remove this panel without damaging anything? I don't think these tops have been taken off in 15 years, but the car was stored in a dry garage for that time. Just purchased this car from my nephew in October of last year. Would greatly appreciate any help. Thank you. Bob

Does the lock cylinder not turn or does it turn and not unlock?
