It depends on what calipers your spindle uses. If it is like MOST conversion kits, it will use a 73-87 chevy pickup caliper and rotors (you probably want to stick with 73-79, it uses standard fittings rather than metric).
If you use the 73-87 caliper, you need to use 73-87 hoses. But - it is not just as simple as replacing the hoses, you also need to use a disk brake master cylinder, proportioning valve and hard lines the same diameter as stock 73-87 front lines, which are smaller in diameter than the stock 63-66 lines. It is important to stay with the same size lines - Disk brakes need smaller diameter lines (high pressure and low volume, because of the much higher pressure disks require, and the relatively lower volume disks use because of their close contact to the rotor).
You may want to get the clips and the bracket from a 73-87 junkyard truck, where the rubber lines convert to the hard lines. It will make it easier to mount the rubber lines onto your frame.
