my 98 suburban passenger side bucket seat is decaying from too much sun light. Anyone can point me in a direction where to find a replacement? It is that gray leather. just need the bottom of the passenger side bucket.

You might luck out and find one in a boneyard but they'll want you to buy the whole seat, possibly the pair. At least it's the passenger side which should be easier to find in good shape than the driver's side, which is almost always toast.

There are some covers available that look just like original, or at least incredibly close, though you may need to do some shopping around to find them. I've seen several GM leather seats redone with them and they look pretty good. I think they may actually be some kind of synthetic leather though.
