Not a full size but I'm sure everyone has had this nightmare.
This is why we never locked the car trailer while we were on the way to the track.

They should have blasted the lady with the hose when they were done with the car.

Works now! Thanks for posting it.
Too bad that 69 Camaro and trailer burned up. I'm sure the woman was beside herself at the time. Hope she apologized to the firefighters, but probably not.
Probably a fuel leak on a hot manifold or an electrical fire. It can happen so fast with older wiring.
Anybody you know?

No one I know. I work the night shift and came across it while busting my butt on a computer.
Its a tough job but someone has to do it.
I always carry a fire extinguisher in my old rides. You never know.

You can see the guy's fire extinquisher laying on the ground next to him. Not enough to put this out. Insurance companies don't cover race cars. If it was a show car and insured by one of the classic car insurance companies I wonder how they would deal with this?

If it's a "classic", they pay according to the agreed value you are paying for. Not enough insurance, not enough pay! Antique insurance is all risk.

A VERY good reasen everyone with a classic car should rewire their car with wiring harnesses from American Auto Wire... They're the Bestest !
