I'm sure others here will have better images, but here's the best I could find in a quick search. They're like the '58 poverty caps, but hav more radial "bars (the '58 had only three).

That's a good photo. The same cap was standard on the '59 Impala.

Those are some fancy "poverty" hubcaps! My '59 had Miss-matched hubcaps when I bought it, found some mid-'80s Chevy van hub caps but the wouldn't clear the grease cap on the front tires. Now I have some from '72 Chevy full sized (according to a local car show know-it-all) that look plain enough for a Biscayne, really didn't want to use full covers and ruin the look of a plain Jane car.

Thank you all so much. Just couldn't figure out if the biscayne was the same as the bel air and impala caps. Guess I have a mixture of 58 (3 crossbars) and 59 (6 crossbars). Thanks,
Eric

Never heard of 2 different 59 dog dish caps. 1960 caps are very similar to the 59s except they have an extra lip on the outside edge that the 59s don't have. Here's what 60 ones looks like...

Yeah that little difference has always bugged me. My guess is that GM realized the 59 caps had a weaker design flaw & countered with a lip along the 60s edge for additional strength.

Same problem with the '58's. One whack with a hand on the wrong spot and you just dented your caps. The lip on the '60 makes it more impervious to installation damage.
