First, go to the YouTube web page that contains the video you want to post. You're going to have to use a second browser sorry. Then go all the way to the top of the web page and grab the URL. Take that Address and then click on the "little youtube" graphic in the edit post window and put that exact URL address of the "page" in between the [you tube] area. You should get what you see below.
Please note that you must not use an https address, remove the S before posting the link.

Our developers have discovered that YouTube now forces links to use HTTPS ( encrypted connections ). Our site is not currently set up to create secure connections for a combination of server resource and additional cost of encrypting communications between browser and server.
It would seem at this time that we can no longer embed You tube videos and posters will have to include the link instead.
