Dunno.
The only antennae i've found online have been the rear. Mine has the antenna on the front passenger side.

1958 Was the first year Chevrolet passenger cars were available with a factory installed radio. The radio was also still available as a dealer installed accessory. There were two choices for the antenna location. Passenger side front fender or rear fender. The rear fender antenna had a different base which slanted the antenna to the rear.
The exterior mirrors were a dealer installed accessory and the Chevy suggested location was on the door(s).
The clock was standard on the Impala and Bel Air and was located as in this photo:

Other models that came from the factory without a clock had a knock-out plate in the dash for the clock which was a dealer installed accessory. Dealer installed clock location:

I've forgotten what the knob to the right of the clock is for. If I remember correctly it's not common. My father's new '58 Impala didn't have it. Probably for an accessory.

The knob to the right of the clock is the fader for the rear seat speaker.
