Just pulled in tonight from Syracuse NY. I didn't hear official numbers but the prize giveaway board showed that over 10,000 vehicles registered for the show. Saturday was an absolute zoo. There wasn't a parking space to be had - and the NY State Fairgrounds is HUGE! Never saw so many cars since the first year NSRA went to Louisville (14,000). Most vehicles that were not street rods (pre-1949) were, of course Chevys... including lots and lots of trucks. This show, the NSRA Nats, and the Turkey Run should be on your bucket list. I'm sure there will be magazine coverage.

Yes, but most of them are of '55-'59 pickups and their suspensions because of my current project. I couldn't take photos of the 20+ great cars in the Sunday winners' circle because late Saturday my camera conked out.

No problem, figured you didn't take pics of all of them...
I like your truck project, looking forward to seeing it running...

Hopefully on the road by this weekend. Now plumbing the new front discs, rear drums, and new in-bed gas tank. I know it starts, but will it keep running? Lights? Gauges? Will post info on truck forum soon.

Once again it was a great show. Bernice and I drove the wagon down and Ross drove our truck and 5th wheel trailer and we camped in the infield and came home on Monday. Here is a link that Rob posted on our local car site, 6one3.com, good day.

Wow! What an amazing show that must have been. Almost makes me want to drive across the country and hit that one in the Nomad one day (when I get this thing roadworthy that is).
Thanks for posting that link Henry.
