It seems like there are some problems with the fit of the repro dash pads available so i have started a project to make my own, with a fibreglass core that should follow the shape of the dashboard quite well.
This is what i have done so far:
It is slightly wavy and i plan to sand that out.
I will trim it more exactly later, and cut it around speaker grille and air vents.
Sheet metal strips with screws will be added before adding foam and vinyl, or maybe leather... ;-)

Google has a translate button at the top of the page.
Well, it sort of works.
Some words just don't translate - but you get the general idea of what is written.
