Yesterday it was raining profusley in Seattle, not exactly great weather for running a marathon, but that's just what Nick[e] Link To Nick's CT Profile came to Seattle to do. A while ago, Nick sent me some trim (that's impossible to find) for my '65... today he stopped by to check out the trim that he donated, & to pick up some things that I insisted he take as a thank you for his extreme generosity.
Here's a picture of Nick, shortly after he got out of the drivers seat (He was very respectful & extremely cautious taking a couple of laps around the Sears parking lot). Nick is proof-positive that "Car People", and especially CT people can be some of society's finest..

That is very cool when things work out for both or all involved.
There are generous people out there for sure and paying it forward helps all of us out in this hobby.
Since I have been on the "Net" I have actually met tons of nice easy going people and have helped guys with parts, issues, and work and have also been helped out the same.
Be careful though, there have been some people fooled and got taken.

Greg, I can't thank you enough. Guys, as you would imaging, just going for a ride with Greg in his 65 had me grinning from ear to ear. The car is honestly one of the nicest 65's I have ever seen, and to be able to ride in it was certainly something I'll never forget.
I appreciate your time and generosity so much and am so glad we were able to make that happen!
