found a bag today marked rear window stops. I guess these somehow bolt to the rear side frames to stop the window from going too high.
Anyone have an idea or photo where they go? my mind will not recollect that far back.
thanks in advance.

The bolt and washer look like the ones on mine that sandwich the glass to the track. So it prably is the outer piece meaning bolt/washer/ gasket / glass/ gasket / track / bump stop.

Look for a slot in the inner panel (the metal the window crank mounts to) without anything in it. I would think those mount to the inner panel and "catch" some part of the window mechanism as it either goes up or down, bringing it to a stop. The slot would be long enough both the tab and the bolt would go into it and still allow some movement. The tab catches into the slot to keep the bracket from rotating. The slot would likely be vertical and likely near the top or bottom of the panel.
