spring kit on ebay

I found this on ebay while searching for a rear end. I didn't realize they made kits. I was just going to buy a set of springs but I was wondering if this would be a better route. Is this a decent price?

The same kit direct from Chassis Engineering "CE" is cheaper. And they manufacture the kit. I installed it on my 53 and I'm very happy with it.

For me, I think posies are the best way to go... but each build is different.

If I were you, I'd just buy the thing directly from CE.

I like the CE stuff, I have their front end on mine. Really well made, quality stuff.

I'm thinking of the posies springs because they're direct fit - and my rear end is already set over the factory springs (second gen camaro posi rear).

That way I won't have to "undo" anything and I can put off the spring swap until after I'm on the road and I have a little more cash on hand.

Also, the posies route... is a bit cheaper.

So- not better, just different.

Thanks for the links. I will check out the posies as I do want to save money with this. On a side note, I see that CE sells a gas tank too and that is something else I want to get.

Lots of tank suppliers out there. Compare prices. TANKS.inc is probably the biggest. NCA has them, Chevy's of the 40s has them, etc....
