I have a 92 S-10 standard cab, 2 WD, 4.3 automatic. It has a 3.08 diff. What other S-10 p/u or Blazer (or anything else) diffs will swap into it? Would like a 3.73 or 4.10.

If you can find one, a rear from a 98+ 2wd Blazer will bolt in with the added benefit of disc brakes. Any S10 rear will fit as long as it's from a 2wd.

95 or newer Ford Explorer will give you disc brakes on the rear and is almost a direct bolt in and it's virtually bullet prof.
Hear is plenty of info.

Thanks for the info. Actually, I was just looking to swap the diff it self, not the entire housing.

You mean the gear set. The ring and pinion are sold as pairs. Suppliers include www.summitracing.com or www.jegs.com. Your local parts store can order you a set. 3.42 gears are common. My Jimmy as 3.42 gears with a 4.3. I have a full size C10 with 3.08s and 360+ HP. The 4.3 pulls weight better than the full size truck.
Do run large tires? 4X4? Are you planning to tow toys around? I think you would be happy with 3.42 gears. Do you know how to set the lash?

Thanks for the info. I'm running 18" wheels but not 4x4. No towing. I have a buddy that is a mechanic that can make the swap.

I run 255/60R17 wheels on my Jimmy. They are 29" tall. So about 2" taller than stock. My Jimmy drives okay with 3.42 gears. I know 3.73 gears would be better due to the large tires. I frequently pull a popcamper that weighs about 1500-2000 lbs loaded. My Jimmy pulls at 70 MPH with very little trouble. Between your choices, 3.73 gears are the better choice.
