I have a full CPP disc brake conversion with dual master and servo which i fitted to my 59 last year but it still suffers from a very low brake pedal(it is firm but almost at full travel)I have bled the brakes several times and no air comes out. The whole system is all brand new and i have the servo to master rod adjusted so there is nominal free play, I even took the master apart last week and put a new rebuild kit from you in it as i thought it was that but no difference!Would adjusting the underdash threaded rod help on this(i also redrilled the the pedal to the lower position as per your instructions)It has drove me mad and several knowledgable mechanics looked as well,Any advice please as i have a long road trip next week and want to make sure the brakes are spot on
Thanks

When rebleeding the brakes i notice the master is actually moving forward fractionally with the front section of the booster,The bracket is secured to the firewall, what is happening with this?

only thing that could give would be the firewall if its a little fatiqued. Also, make sure you drilled the lower hole in the pedal so the ratio is correct. The 3/8" hole needs to be 1" lower then the factory upper hole.
