you can see the linkage in this pic.. (long rod over the steering column, goes to another rod to another bellcrank on the manifold to another goes to the carb

Thanks for posting the picture as it is interesting what all has to be moved to accommodate moving the column over!
I don't see a heater box. Was the truck supposed to have one?
