The person has never been a member of the site before. I've asked him to administrate the site using the posting agreement and common sense. I've spent a great deal of time explaining that we are a family friendly site and want to maintain the site with all of the rules that we have developed over the last decade.
I will continue to be responsible for all the behind the scenes, member support, supporting member program and other business activities, including the sponsor development.
I will post as a member but leave the administration and rule keeping up to the new admin. The new admin will also be responsible for moderating any forums that don't have their own moderator.
You will see him posting as ForumBoss. He has a great deal of experience with community management and currently runs a few other well known sites. I ask that you offer him the same amount of respect as you did to Red, Smokey and I.
