Yooooooooooo Jens,

Please tell us who "made the system"

That unique to '58 crossover is rather impressive and its nice that you installed it properly.

I am in Reading, PA at the AACA National Spring Meet - that SD should have been here.... you could have gotten a Junior oval....

Nice Jens, great photos too. You'll need to hand out sunglasses to spectators when you get that car on the road.

Um, in the second photo, the exhaust flange closest to the oil filter can, I think you tightened the lower bolt one more thread than the upper bolt. Are you slipping in your old age? LOL! Seriously, though, this one looks like the best one yet. Nothing looks better than black on these curvy cars, and this one is exceptionally black. I think back to you cutting in that piece of cowl/windshield pillar and am still amazed. I would have nightmares even thinking about doing that, and then to paint it black afterward? Incredible talent and craftsmanship.

Jens,

That's some of the finest looking jewelry I've ever seen. It put's Tiffany's all to shame!!

As their website says: "Tiffany & Co. has been the world's premier jeweler and America's house of design since 1837".

That may be true, but only UNTIL NOW!!!!! Very nice, my friend.

Thanks guys. This one is taking the most time. But as daylight is finally showing at the end of the tunnel, there's still plenty left to do. The gas tank is ready but still needs put in. Still have to install the brakes, driveshaft, starter, trans linkage, front clip, wipers, yada yada... & get the engine running. Finally found a correct clutch/fan for it, but am still looking for a decent 348 road draft tube.
The exhaust system came pre-bent from Classic Exhaust & fit pretty tight. I think they might use old bending charts to make those which are pretty close. But we still had to do a little tweaking on the tail pipes with the pipe bender to make them fit just right. I think this weekend we'll start on the front doors & try to get them done.

Hey Jens looks like all is well! Looking good and some big progress since I seen it last, are you going to make it to Good Guys In Des Moines? I know that was your goal, and the Iowa weather sure has been in your favoor, looks great!

BTW make another video U-Tube has blocked it because of

"This video contains content from WMG, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds.
Sorry about that."

you must of used a song like usual and some one did not like you promoting it I guess

Keep us in the loop!

Probably not gonna get her going in time for Good Guys, fins. Still too much left to do. She's not the only one around here exhausted. lol

Looks awesome Jens! The video is awesome and I BET your Exhausted! that vehicle has come a long ways in a short time, I know the first time I seen it you had not started on it yet, thinkin Jens must be crazy to do this one, but as usual you proved me wrong, I was impressed with the work and the progress last fall when I was there last, cannot wait to see it all done, but at this point, no reason to hurry, that's when mistakes get made. take a break and take one of your other beauties to Good Guys and relax, take the time Jens, You deserve it. it's time to enjoy some of your recreations.

Yoooooooooo Jens,

As the ad used to say.. "you came a long way Baby!"

Your workmanship is OUT OF THIS WORLD!

Remind what shows you intend on taking that SD and I will make sure I just come as a spectator.
