CANT FIND ANY PICS OF TRUCKS WITH INTERIOR LIKE THIS, GUYS SAID IT WAS LIKE THAT IN 73 WHEN HE GOT IT. HOW MUCH POWER DID THE 402 HAVE IN 72 Link

not stock at all
The seats and console "MIGHT" be factory, but the upholstery is not. Seat color would have been a
color close to the door panels and the headliner would have been a piece of painted cardboard type material.
That seems to be a nicely optioned pickup.
Been a long time since I have paid any attention, but I thought the Cheyenne had a chromed shift lever and floor bezel.
Might not have started til 73 tho

The 402 was rated at net horse power in 1972 and literature was written calling it a 400.
Net HP: 210 @ 4000 rpm
Net torque: 320 @ 2800 rpm.

I agree that the parts are most likely original with the exception of the covers. The buckets had a very similar cover design to the bench in the link shown.

by the way that thing has been sitting in the bush I am betting the underside is all rotten . what a crying shame looked like it was a nice truck at one time

I have a 72 GMC. The interior is almost exactly like mine. The headliner is a painted textured piece of cardboard. I might even have a spare gauge cluster somewhere.
