I think there is a need to bring back the Code of the West.
It worked in the day's of our forefathers when this country was being developed.
They hung horse thieves...... maybe that's some food for thought.
Such a tragedy, especially against a farmer who no doubt is making what he has work for his enjoyment.

We are WAY too lenient on the "Perps" today.
Rights are one thing, but there is Absolutely NO Deterrant IF the criminals KNOW there are no serious consequences for their actions.
