have anyone out there had any dealing with replacing the channel guide on a 49 chevy pickup. it is the part that the window channel runs in on the front lower inside of the door. mines have rusted off and the glass falls out when i let it down. thanks for your help.

Here's some pictures that MotherTrucker(HAMB member) has showing the inside of the door. Not going to be easy or fun. You may have to open the the inside of door up OR if your handy enough you may get away w/either drilling a hole through the door into the end of the channel where it is suppose to be spot welded and either use a screw or weld it back up....joe
