has anyone bought the one piece bumpers from National Chevy or Chevs of the 40's? I'm trying to find out how they hold up.

bill when i bought mine from the guy in ohio. said all of them where getting off same china dealer he was.he even told me watch he had just got the 53/54 chevy of 40/ccn/filling will have them in couple weeks he was right they did.

A friend of mine bought some for his 51 from Chevs of the 40's. They fit just fine and look good.Don't know how they will hold up yet.

I bought one a few years back from Restoration World in Huber Heights, Ohio ( outside of Dayton) and I like it. I was actually in Dayton at the time and I went by and picked it up. Really nice people and I was told that he actually supplies the other guys...

Mine came from Restoration in Dayton, as well. That was 5 years ago and they are still in the box. Look nice, though.

no bill this is not the guy.i never got any thing back from the guy i sold my car to...i think some of the guys here with 53/54 got bumpers from the ebay guy i got mine from so they may have company name and phone #...every one out there selling 1949 to 1954 are the same ones from china. mine i had 2 yrs. was out side under open car port also. i give them a very high mark and the chrome is close to show quility. the ony differce is price going from $325.00 up to $375.00......P.S BILL I'AM BAD WITH NAMES THE MEMBER WITH THE 52 CONVER.LIGHT GREEN/BROWN CONVT. TOP YOU DID SOME COLOR CHANG PHOTOS SO HE COULD SEE HIS CAR WITH DIFFERENT COLOR TOP... WITH WHITE INTERIOR WITH 65 CHEVY BUCKET SEATS FROM I THINK CONN. I THINK HE GOT HIS FROM SAME GUY AS ME
