Hi

A friend asked me to find out what type of seat belts he's been hanging onto. I don't really know how to add photos, so I'll try to describe it. There is one standard black plastic head that looks like its from the early 70's, then there is a re tractor looking thing that seems to buckle into a small headed seatbelt. the smaller head is rectangular with the long side being the side that is perpetuation to the end of the strap.

Any help is appreciated. Thanks
