Does anyone know of a way to clean Cadmium Plating? I never cleared my brake booster or master cylinder cover and now after winter there is oxidation that I would like to remove.

It is difficult to clean cadmium - although a sodium based cleaner such as P21S usually will "make it better".

To be frank - I spray mine with WD40 and leave it there.... sure does preserve the appearance.
