What happened to the 'pit stop' post with all the useful threads indexed in it?
It used to be a sticky up top...

If they build them like...nevermind.
Since a little problem a few years ago, I've begun keeping a backup copy of the 88-98 fullsize truck section's FAQ. We lost it completely and it's been a big chore getting it back into shape. I figured after all that I wouldn't be caught again without a backup.

There was a link to the Pit Stop in a thread below regarding Power Steering Conversion. I was going to post it here, but it says I don't have access to that portion of ChevyTalk. I had access when I read the thread, but not now....

Ditto with the links in the Power Steering thread, no access to the ChevyTalk link, and the second link to persh.org was flagged by my anti-virus as a risky site! Be careful!

He found a post with a link to the (now missing) pit stop post. The "don't have access" message is from trying to go to a post that no longer exists.

welp, that settles it! Them folks what's in charge just informed me that there's nothing they can do. It's gone for good.
I'll see what I can salvage from my archives, but I'm not making any promises. I'll more than likely have to start from scratch.

Well, I will help with the reconstruction & resuscitation... here are some links to get you started, hilandr451.
Everyone, check out your favorite links section of CT, for those of you that use it and post the good ones in here.
If any of you have book marked some links to various threads and those links still work, please share!
Post 'em in here, so hilandr451 won't have to go nuts searching for all of them.

No, we are looking for threads here on CT, for the 60-66 trucks side... the threads that wound up being really informative, etc..
We used to have an index thread with a lot of them listed an linker, but it went 'poof'.

Thanks a bunch lakeroadster!
C'mon folks, we are trying to document informative threads here in the 60-66 forums on CT, so hilander can organize 'em and put 'em all in one big post.
That is, if he can put his haggis, scotch and bbq down long enough to type it out...
