The last time I ran my 47 it looked like 3
of the pushrods were bent alittle bit.
What is the best way to change them out?
Pull the complete assy or loosen the rockers?

Bring piston on that cylinder near TDC back off adjustment screw, slide rocker away pull push rod out lay on a block of wood( keep in mind the larger diameter on both ends orientate as necessary to effect straightening) tap with a copper or plastic hammer. They will straighten just fine. Gary

That is good advice on straightening the push rods but most important is to find out what caused them to bend in the first place. It will do no good to straighten them it the cause is not cured. Bad or old gas results in a build up on the valve stems and causes them to stick so you should look for this first.

The engine sat for I don't know how long.
I used Marval Mystery Oil on it, but did not tap the valves. The are not bent very much.
I have some spare pushrods.
Will make sure the valves are loose.
