 whats up everyone!!! I just joined I've ben looking for a good Chevy forum for a while and this looks like a good one.
I'm from Santa Barbara CA, I have a 1965 Impala coupe. I got it when I was 16 off the original owner and have been working on it ever since. I'll put some pictures up if I can figure it out.
I have the original 327 which I rebuilt when I was 17 (but some HP parts in it)
-shorty headers and 2-1/2" piping to 40 series flowmasters
-rebuilt Powerglide about a year ago.
-Disc brake conversion in the front (want to do rear soon)
-lowered the car about 3 inches. (want Hotchkis sway bars)
-refinished all the chrome on the car.
-paint
I'm 20 years old now have spend about 536 million dollars on the car so far lol (a little less maybe)
butI love this car and couldnt be happier with my results so far. I am looking forward to going to some real hot rod shows I hope you guys ca help me find some.

Hey, while I'm here, I just wanted to make you all aware of a seller on eBay that goes by the name of: best_offer_deals . This seller is selling fake and bootleg GM parts that are made in China. best_offer_deals has been busted by eBay in the past for selling these fake parts, and also for selling stolen GM parts.... so please beware if shopping for GM parts on eBay.
