I need your assistance. I found this and am working with the owner of this nomad to sell it. It is an early 90's build and hasn't been updated since. He occasionally drives it to rod runs and local shows. From the pics you can see it needs to be desperately cleaned up to be presentable. The liftgate leaks but the floors are solid.
I know NADA and have watched these through the ads over the past 3-4 years but from your perspective, what is this worth? Pictures are here:

No...The VT nomad owner, flaked out on me. We made a "verbal" deal, didn't think I needed a written contract and he backed out as I reserved an appraiser to come and appraise the car. He backed out and now on the boards and on his website he states "it sold".
Do I believe him...No! A local appraiser/shop owner who has done work on his Dads car said he was a crook and not to trust him. It pisses me off as I was pumped about finally being able to get a nomad.

Then I found another Nomad which I copied the photos and placed them on the HAMB, in which I asked for your input on. Basically the same thing this time too. Made a deal over the phone, scheduled an appraiser, sent the appraiser the guys phone #, contact info and the appraiser called me back and he states the guys decided not to sell it as he wants to post it on eBay. Here it is:

I cant stand people that can not make up their mind about selling. I didnt haggle with this guy or anything. I guess it just wasnt meant to be with this one either.
I'll keep looking!

Dang!!! looking over the posting rules, I just broke alot of them. Please know that I do not know the owner of this nomad other than phone conversations. He stiffed me on a written contract which he didnt/wouldnt sign and return.
If this posting gets deleted, i guess I deserve it but just wanted to keep you guys informed of what I am running into.
Thanks!

The coral one looks like it had a fair amount of issues and is at $10,100.00 and hasn't met reserve. Probably better you didn't get it. Hope you find one soon. The black one in the other post looks very nice. Hopefully you can get that one.
