The check engine light just came on in my daughters car, I haved a scanner that says it is P0455 does anyone know what that could be? The car is running fine. Thanks for any help.

The gas cap is loose or not sealing properly.

I just had this code come up when I had it scanned at autozone on my trailblazer for the service engine soon light. Turns out my gas cap is needed to be replaced.

After about 3-4 heat cycles the light should turn itself off.
