total newbie here, thought i'd start off in the Canadian area.
i'm in Vancouver, BC, and just bought a '68 Impala
and actually just wondering, does anyone know of any car clubs in the area for Chevy? all the searching I've done, I seem to only really find Ford out here, which really won't do at all. I'd love to get to know a bunch of peeps, 'cause it's also my first car and I've admittedly got a lot of learning. thanks!

Hello Frank and welcome to our Canadian Form. Nice project. My buddy here has a 2DR like yours and has just got a 348 to put in. In the mid 60's I had a 58 B/A 2dr ht, 283 glide. It was a rusted but drivable(?) car. One unsafe thing, there were many, was the rear Y was completely worn out of the diff mount and did not prevent the diff from swaying sideways, no safety checks in those days.

Got your message. Didn't realise there was a section for Canucks. I'm used to the 58/60 section myself.
I just recently bought a 60 more doors Impala. Actually, my wife and I did. We also have a 60 hard top that I'm restoring.
