hey guys, a while ago i purchased a used 350 goodwrinch engine and it has an edelbrock streetmaster intake manifold on it. i dont think edelbrock makes these anymore but does anybody run one of these manifolds on your car or know the specs on this intake. it looks kinda like the new torker 2 manifold. is this a high performance intake. THANKS!

The streetmaster was awarded "Best Engineered New Product" for 1974. That was a long time ago. I'd bet a good modern dual plane would leave it for dead.

The Streetmasters were intended for idle through 4500 RPM and were suppose to be an RV/mileage type manifold. It's actually not a "bad" piece but a modern dual plane will kick it's butt in performance and mileage. The Streetmaster for the 460 Ford is an exception, seems it was actually a fairly decent performance intake.
