Have repaired this problem many times using a template made from a good hinge. Took a piece of 1/4" flat bar, tracing the shape of the good hinge and using a transfer puch to mark the hole location, cut to shape and drill the correct size. Now weld the worn hole closed and grind to shape. Lay the template on the repaired hinge, using the transfer punch to mark the position of the hole and drill. Put the template in the miscellanous drawer of your tool box so in a couple of years when you find it again you will say to yourself,"What the he$$ did I make that for""""
