Here's a pic of my 54 210 "as found":

Since I got her home I've gone through the brakes, had the gas tank cleaned out, replaced the sending unit, made my own wide whites out of a new set of radials and got her to run (barely). I have a little body work to do on the doglegs (found original patch panels on Ebay!) and a lot of work to do on the roof. Turns out the farmer would jump on the roof to get to the hay loft

This is my car Alice as she looks now and when I bought her. She's got some scallops in her future and losing the flames. I'd also like to bring back the chrome and maybe original grill.

This is the 51 I recently acquired. This particular car was my Mom's first car. It has been in storage since 1974. It is VERY solid, straight, and complete. Bad thing is that it has mostly been taken apart already. This being my first Chevy, it'll be quite the jigsaw for me. I'm sure I'll have more than a couple questions before I'm done. The first picture is of my Mom's Mom with the car in the background, July 1959. The other two are as I found it.

Heres a pic of when i got it

Heres the frame after the 90 corvette front and parallel 4-link with 9" ford rear end. still need to do a center cross member which will most likely be round tube.

And heres the car sitting on the ground for the fist time in a while

Just bought a healthy 327 out of a 69 camaro with camel hump heads on it, roller rockers ect.. Waiting to pick up a 700r4 and then I can start mounting it in

If you have any pictures, please post them, especially the 4-doors. I like the nice shiny ones, but also the not-so-shiny ones like mine. It appears quite a few of the earlier photos in this thread have expired. Here's an updated photo of my '51 powerglide. Sure hope to have it running this year.

Here's my fodo barn find.

OK, so it's my barn, and I put it in there. So sue me.

Had the car for 25+ years. After all those years of service, it awaits a radical drivetrain upgrade. Stay tuned for updates.

Wow. lots of great cars. I thought I'd post pictures of my '53 custom. I finished a few years ago. It took eight years and now I'm considering some upgrades. But everytime I mention putting in a 350, everyone says...DON'T the 235 is what makes it cool. Maybe someday.

My 49 coupe. I chopped the roof & did the bodywork on the roof over 10 years ago. Then I sorta lost intrest for various reasons. i recently pulled the nose, got the engine running, & started cutting all the garnish moldings. Lots of work still to do but it's my keeper so I'll get it done

Need informations to do the same in the front, and your car is the best!
