I have a 93 Silverado, 1500, 4.3,(V-6) extended cab, short bed & I'm wondering if anyone knows of a (preferably free) site or anywhere else I can download or copy the info for an owners manual.
Thanks again.

Not much very useful information in them, in my opinion anyway. If I had a spare one I'd send it to you for the cost of postage. I used to have tons of them when I ran the parts yard. Probably some really cheap ones on ebay? I just looked and found some for $20 but there's another for $7.49+ $3.99/shipping, buy-it-now.

I hear you on the "Not much very useful information in them, in my opinion anyway" quote. For the most part it would be nice to know how to set the clock on the stock set up as well as knowing how many gallons of gas the gas tank holds.
Thanks again.

I did a quick internet search and found these. Not one for Silverado, but one for Suburban. I know that there has to be one out on the internet for it. I have found them for all of mine, including a 1994 Silverado.

Don't know of any sites with free downloads, but
maybe the next best thing is if you're anywhere
near something like a Pull-A-Part yard and you
check their inventory and it looks favorable.
You may find one in the yard. I've gotten a few
manuals free from them. They only want to charge
you if you've collected metal parts. Or if they
do charge you for it, only a few bucks, if that.
The downside is you got to go hunt them down.

I have all of my GM vehicles registered on their respective GM web sites and I have access to an online manual---basically it is a pdf file (same as the paper version in the truck) I can save on my computer. I just checked the GMC site and from what I saw they go back to 93. Sign-up is easy.
I hope that works for you!
