In response to pittbull
I used a pair of 180s 9-10 years ago on a 383. Didn't have anything to compare them to, but they were well made, better in some respects than my newer Brodix IK180 heads.
I had to use longer than stock head bolts for the lower outside row because the casting there was thicker than stock. You will need to use bolts that allow at least 6 turns, and preferably 8. I've found this to be true for most aftermarket heads.
What size engine? 200cc runners are typically for 383s and larger, while a 49cc chamber would seem better suited to a very short stroke engine.
